Nope Strike @ 75 aim for 67-68deg for 60 min.

if you want sniff and bittereness leave it as is... if you want that long longering delicious hop flavour then get more hops in the middle David... just my opinion.
What do you mean "the middle"? 30 min?
he means have a 20 and/or 15 minute drop.
Hmm, might put some of that Sauvin in the middle then.
Im forever sniffing my beer sometimes I even get it in my nose, what a fucking wierdo!!! and I will be doing the same tonight with the Hopwired IPA and my Simcoe/Amarillo/Centennial IPA!!

Brewing a saison this weekend but not too sure where to start?? Can I use Maize?? Sugar??
Maize, Jagery, Dates, honey, Sugar, Molases, Golden Syrup, trecale, Rice, Spice. It seems they used less malt than anything for there saisons?
lol, mean, one of those anything goes type beers eh? ;o) I might adjunct the hell out of it and see what it turns out like!
