Hey fullas

I'm looking at buying a cooler mashing system from morebeer, they look awesome. Has anyone bought one of these and can they recommend them?

yip thats them. Did you ask for a trade price?
Nah, just asked for a price, so I guess that's their normal-joe price.
Why would you want an esky Garrick? BIAB not showing you the love anymore? ;oP
yeah not showing me the love for bigger beers...plus I'm keen to try something new.....
Studio, have I got a deal for you ;o) hahaha

But seriously. you should come round for a brew day and ill show you how im doing BIAB and sparging together if you like, its still something new and is giving me pretty good results with big beers :o) worth it if it saves you a few bob

Ill have a bottle of Bourbon Porter waiting for ya! :o)
Arse..... oh well back to finding an alternative....

Last time I saw them on special they were $160 each.
I would worry about a Rubbermaid round cooler for a HLT I would just use a run of the mill 36L as a HLT. Half the price with the same result only diffrence I could see with the round one is better convection?
And in terms of grain bed depth, I keep wondering; why not cut out a piece of styrofoam to fill one end of the chilly bin?
Definitely supposed to be better for a mash tun to get the correct drainage, however I'm thinking an electric HLT and kettle now.... or HERMS etc .... mmmm beer porn....
Nice one bro!! Herms got to be good for beer!! I have the same dreams but cant find a Keg and or a 50mm Copper end cap!!
Feel your pain Mike, if it wasn't for Ged I would not have my second keg. Still have to research the whole thing, however so far it is interesting.... have to good electric first, as this gas thing is starting to piss me off....
Copper end cap - could you just fold the copper over and crimp the end?
