International Brewers Day

International Brewers Day originated from an idea by US beer writer Jay Brooks who in turn was inspired by a sticker he saw at a brewpub in San Francisco.

So again this year brewers are welcome to come to the Malthouse and be shown appreciation by the beer loving public.

Confirmed Brewers - Luke Nicholas (Epic) and Steve Plowman (Hallertau), possibly, if we are lucky an appearance from Mr Tuatara.

It's an opportunity to "hug a brewer" and give thanks for the wonderful beer that he makes, and the joy he brings to your life

What's the format of the afternoon? Volunteers fanning and feeding grapes^W^W^W grain and convincing brewers to use more hops?
