Yip its on for sure I have my one in the fermenter as well should be nice young and 6 months away from being drinkable!!

The 22nd is just fine for me.

Mine's been in the bottle for a month now, but like Mike's it'll still probably be a bit early to be drinking it!

I'm brewing mine on Wednesday... might not make it in time. But I'll be there!

damn I'm going to be in Auckland for Big Day Out, I'm out :(
Can we have a reminder for the style rules? I was trying out a brand new mash tun so didn't want to have the recipe cause a stuck sparge. Went with 15% rye.
Simon said it has to be rye so go crazy I think the Rye should be the predominant flavour/aroma, but it also has to be drinkable as well

What time are we planning on getting going next Saturday?

I recall we usually start around one-ish.  Is that about right?

I'm out this time, my son will be 3 weeks old. Don't think my wife would appricate me going, even if it is my birthday the next day.

Hey brother and sister Wellington brewers.  Won't be able to make it this weekend as I'm going away... and the small matter of having no rye beer to present.  Hope you're ok Mike?
