How do you work out the weight of a hop Luke? You're using pellets, so obviously you can't weight them. One pellet <> one hop flower. and i guess flower weights vary between seasons and across farms and processing plants etc.

Anyway... 42, giddyup! Looking forward to the 2nd, and 17th.

You need a friendly hop supplier that is willing to weigh out the flowers, and come up with a conversion rate. All of the Epic hop numbers are understated, for seasonal variations, and the fact that 15.8 on the Pale Ale didn't look that cool when we first worked out that label.
