My next spice beer will be a brown ale spiced with the spices from my favourite carrot cake recipe. Will be brewing that closer to winter though.

My brother makes a killer Christmas pudding, so I was thinking about hitting him up for his recipe to see how it would work with a beer.
Sounds like a good idea James. Just look for food combinations that you like and turn it into a beer.

I'm still working on the Butter Chicken Beer recipe...

KFC? Sorry jt, I've thinking about this for an hour and it's over my head.

I have tried trying to make homemade KFC using spice combinations from the internet but they never came close. I guess The Colonel managed to keep that secret.
I used to work for KFC back in the day and im pretty sure 9 out of the 11 herbs and spices are salt, the other 2 being pepper and that flavour enhancing stuff no doubt...

All the KFC recipes I've seen called for 'Accent' (MSG), haha.

My one attempt at a KFC clone was fail.
