Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.
Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?
It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

I think im just gonna have to try and brew this Pliny recipe and have 20 litres of it ;oP Obviously it wont be quite as good, but thats not gonna stop me trying!

After months of research... I have finally found the actual recipe for it. It's converted to homebrew units.
Before you say... it doesn't matter what the IBU is or the AA% for the hops... it's huge!
85% Pale Malt
2% Crystal 45
6% CaraPils
7% Sugar
Chinook 1.5oz Mash hop.
Warrior 2.75oz 90min
Columbus .5oz 90min
Simcoe 1oz 45min
Columbus 1oz 30min
Centennial 2.25oz 0min
Simcoe 1oz 0min
Columbus 1oz Dry 2 weeks
Centennial .75oz Dry 2 weeks
Simcoe 1.25 Dry 2 weeks

Sh*t two weeks dry hop? Thats so much hops aye, off to convert bloody imperial units...
Can see this costing a shit load, but would be sooooo worth it!

It's about 390 grams all up. It turns out that Vinnie actually only dryhop Pliny for 12 Days at room temp.
F W U J is Dry hopped with the Same hops for only 6 Days...

Thats it, youve done it now, when I go to QLD in june im buying all these hops and i WILL be brewing Pliny clone!! And im not sharing ;oP lol
