http://www.ebay.com/itm/Camco-02962-02963-5500W-240V-Screw-In-Lime-... is about as good an info as anything, they are the ones the electric brewery guys recommend and quite a few guys here using them,

I got some of these 5500w's for my 50L keg BK and HLT, I am planning to build out later this month,  I think karl at allgrain.co.nz  has locking nuts orings etc, this is a good link re metal boxes

Yeah got them of amazon when I ordered them but using them on some 2500w ones so none spare

I got the O-rings from seal imports as they for some reason wouldn't ship them, still got the elements if you want them

One two or three take your pick, just how ever many you want I have been meaning to put them on trade me but got side tracked by a keg of saison so they are all just sitting there
