US Imported hops
Okidokie...
I can get the following hops, but due to availability some will sell out faster than others. I can get US Cascade too... but it may not show up for a wee while... so here it is:
Amarillo (albeit not much)
Ahtanium
Centennial
Chinook
Crystal
Northern Brewer
Nugget
Newport
Santium
Warrior
Let me know what you guys wan't and I'll do my damndest. Keep in mind that it's REALLY expensive to maintain a large quantity of stock (5kgs of each variety) so don't really want every single one of these puppies in the freezer!

It's one of those that are in short supply. I might be able to get some, but it's all really expensive. They'll start trickling in fairly soon, so keep your eyes peeled. It's given me a fair idea of what you fellas want, so at least I can prioritise.

Simcoe is absolutely gone until the next harvest. If you can get your hands on some, then get some. That's all the advise I can give.
We all love Simcoe, but unfortunately.... like we did with Riwaka last year, we are just going to have to live without it for a few months... either that or get to the pub and drink the beers that have it in them. As far as NZ craft beer goes... you'll see a trend that where with the smaller guys, the Simcoe hopped beers will dwindle out... probably for me too - I didn't manage to get as much as I wanted. Which means - yes... I do have some... BUT I haven't worked out a brewing schedule at all, so until I have something really tight on paper, I really don't want to sell off any of my supply, as what I have has to last me the entire year. And anyways.... my stuff is 2009 harvest stuff, so it's getting on a bit!
The hops listed above are FRESH 2010 harvest stuff, so at least when / if you get some, it will store in your fridge / freezer in airtight containers for a few months or so.

pfffft - fancy American hops - they're just a passing fad, we'll all be back to Sticklebract and Pacifica before you know it ;-)

I can't believe how short the supply is this year. I've been working hard on getting the most popular varieties which appear to be: Amarillo, Centennial, Ahtanum and Warrior... Which should appear on the website soon. but I don't know how long for.

I've got some at the brewery... but there is absolutely none left available. Not even from Hop Union... I mean none. They just straight out said no... can't do it. I could ask the head brewer at Liberty Brewing Co. if he is willing to spare a couple hundred grams or so, but I know what he's gonna say!
