I'm trying to remove as much of the yeast as possible and leave the proteins behind.

 

I did have a good result with the geletine before but I have heard Isnglass is better.

 

I'm also unsure as to how long the Isngalss takes to work. I'm sure I read the other day you need it in for 5 days??

 

Any thoughts?

Hmmmm!!!!! Fish bladders I prefer mine in beer but some like theres as an accompliment, stir fried by a Japanesse chef next to their raw whale meat, served in down town Tokyo.
health food shops apparently - in Auckland - Huckleberry Farms.
Ceres in Ellerslie have it.
