Fresh, just been picked green hops.
Is it possible to make a beer and throw in hops that have just been picked? Or do I have to dry them first? I found some wild ones growing and picked a sack full!

But I think most people either dry them and use them, or use them as late hops ?

Yes. You have to use around 6 times more (by weight) than what you would dry hops.

Bear in mind though, I'm yet to do full grain, been doing partial mash for two years now and still haven't plucked up the courage, will one day though. ;)
