Sorry the ones I originally linked to were the NPT ones, I want the weldless kit as below (have fixed my original post):

But apart from the mount, the device should be identical so it's good to know you get on well with them. Yep celsius is essential, F means nothing to me.

 

All up they're $61.42 (if you buy 4) from Mashmaster directly so clearly cheaper than Beerbelly, plus they're definitely weldless and come with all the bits and pieces so that sounds like  a good deal.

Oh, I thought it was the weldless one you linked to...  I got 3 x weldless ones (image attached) along with a few other things.

I think they would be OK to use without welding (as they're threaded) but the second link I put up included the nut, washer and o-rings too.

I have it in my 55 gal (208L) kettle and don't really need mashing temps. It's in Fahrenheit, though :(
