Saving water for brewing

Started this discussion. Last reply by Jono Galuszka Mar 25, 2013. 8 Replies

Unfashionable NZ Hops

Started this discussion. Last reply by David R Aug 4. 24 Replies

"Sounds intriguing, let me know what you come up with! Now you've got me thinking of using the built-up cake of 002 to brew something stronger, IENZIPA?! I've never used 002 before, I'm guessing a diacetyl rest is a must then?"

Brewing a good NZ Pale Ale

Turns out i know your sister Ann, and at playcentre this morning she asked how I'd done, then told me her bro got a gold for his pale ale. Needless to say I had a fair idea who that was. Well done mate. If you make it up to Wanganui sometime I'd love to catch up for a beer.
