Ahem... thank you both, my new brewing partner is also a FANTASTIC engineer. 200 liter fermenter on line in a few weeks too!

I am exceptionally jealous... is this the same engineer we talked about late last year in regards to the element bosses in the kegs?

Yes, I think. Hes good at equipment, but is only just learning the brewing. Hows your choccy stout going? Mines OK, trial brew only, so may not make first place, but hey its the taking part that counts!

The rolls are approx 75mm dia with a medium knurl. The crush is giving too much dust at present with the gap tried at 1.7mm and then 1.8mm. Going to have to go wider, although I know others are getting more dust from the Gladfield malt at present.
