Munich Dunkel - German dark malty lager with hints of coffee, damn tasty! When it drops bright its red like coca-cola

3kg Munich
1.5kg Vienna
200g Carafa
60 : 15g NZ Hallertau
15 : 15g NZ Hallertau
Wyeast 2000 - Budvar Lager (make a huge starter or phenols will be yucky) Ferment at 12*c

This is still lagering at the moment, but the sensory analysis I have been performing lately are outstanding.

I can Vouch for the Ace of Spades also its very very good and these two makes Mac's Black look a little borring If you want complex 1 of the these two are the go. I have my one largering at the moment but had to have a few pints of it last night it was tasting so good!!! So good im doing the same beer as an ale!!
