I recently kegged a Belgian Blonde / Tripel / Strong Golden Ale (not sure where it fits) and I'm wondering "what is the best way to condition it".  It's tasting a bit rough after 3 days in the keg (not surprising) and it was my intention to leave it at 5C and taste it weekly to see how it changes over the next month or two.

Here's the recipe.  The ABV came out at 8.0% which was higher that anticipated.

I've ordered a copy of Brew Like Monk but it hasn't arrived yet.

Any tips for conditioning a Belgian Ale?
