2nd NZ Case Swap
Hey guys
The last case swap went really well, it was just between AKL and ChCh, but this time round, if theres some people from Wellington keen to join in, well work something out...
So were planning on doing this again, probably once every three months or so to get feedback on our beers, and to try what everyone else is making... Im hoping this time round we get a few more people keen on this?
We need to do a few things
1. Compile a list of everyone whos keen, then decide how many batches we all do, if theres less people, well do 2 or 3 batches each...
2. Once we know whos in this time, we can vote on a date, which looks like its gonna be mid feb to mid march, depending on what works for everyone...
So ill start this off, im in :o) Who else is keen?

Hey Reviled...Better if you turn up with a cube first ( eh james !!!)..hee hee...Off to payless with the visa card :)...
Just bottled 10 as thats all the PETS I had in the house..Didn't fancy sticking them in glass crate bottles...Kind of an APA with a kick like a mule...Some poor sod gets the bottle that has extra tasty yeast that decided to dump through the filling tube..All for a better taste!! -

10 PET's should be enough for postage, just give the local guys the glass bottles otherwise postage costs more and is more dodgy..

Right, so will be bottling my case swap offering Tues or Weds this week coming so just want to confirm numbers. I've only got fifteen plastic 750mls so I'll fill them all but just want make sure there's a cut off or something for entering so I can bottle the 15 and be confident that's enough
Anyone got any idea?
