Too difficult to edit a cut and paste.

If the system doesn't co-operate, I give up.

We'll try again. This thing started trying to crawl out of the fermenter only a few hours after pitching yesterday.

The Waggastew flowers are a kind gift from a friend of mine. They're a mix of homegrown Cascade, EKG, and Saaz in undetermined proportion.
Were they grown in Wagga?

No, they were grown in Wauchope in Waggastew's back yard..

Waggastew is Stewart, originally from Wagga Wagga.

Wauchope is about 20 km inland from Port Macquarie. I just played golf out there today at the Wauchope Country Club.

Nice part of the world.  Used to go up there for work when I was based in Newcastle. Remember some great camping trips out to Wollomombi Gorge too. Didn't know you could grow hops there though!
