Tempted to do that instead of a higher strength IPA. Has anyone done anything similar to this recipe? Any comments? Cheers!

I made a barley wine the other day, i don't touch glucose/dextrose...

2x tins of light malt extract
200g crystal malt infused at 65°C for 25 mins
56.6g Fuggles for 60mins
11L total volume

Came out at 9% alc

Tastes pretty damn good!
