Thanks for posting the details of your build. This forum is a great reference for ideas and where to get parts in NZ.

I've left my basic all-grain setup largely as is for a couple of years so its time for some upgrades. I'm planning moving towards HERMS in stages over the coming year. First stage will be a pump, hoses, and fittings to recirculate the mash manually. Will post some pics when there is something to show although it isn't going to look as nice as yours for quite a while.

For pumps, Karl at allgrain.co.nz has a great price on these stainless head centre inlet chuggers. Significantly cheaper than what I paid to ship them individually from the US, and even quite a bit cheaper than buying from their Australian distributor. If only I'd waited a month or so, mind you they sent me two for the price of one so I guess it worked out ;)
