What's in the big bottle - and what's in the starter bro?

You have good camera skills, some nice photos in your gallery.

was going to ask what camera you have - nice depth of field

Stu: One of the first generation DSLR - Canon EOS 300D (Digital Rebel). It's a nice camera though a little plastic in feel - technology has come on heaps since then.
denimglen: thanks!
Joking: Yeast starter was 2 expired packets of US-05 and some unhopped DME, which I probably didn't need, but those packets had poor storage previously. The carboy contents is my first 'I don't really know what I'm doing hodge-podge' all-grain brew - MO, crystal, wheat, roasted barley with Hallertau pitched with S-04 IIRC (don't have recipe to hand). Next up is actually learning my beer styles, and being less of a nong on ning ;)

I just got the EOS 450D. They kick arse! Just took a few photos with it! You are a source of inspiration. Beer Photos. An un-tapped market.

Joking: un-tapped? cringe. But I do think you're right - having a set of photos for a process is really helpful. As an example, a pictorial harvesting yeast would be great. The link that Mr Cherry posted (http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f13/yeast-washing-illustrated-41768/) was fricken awesome.
