Origination 006

This is the end result of a NZ IPA I brewed, using 5 beetroot in total.
Basically I stained all the brewing water red with beetroot, and then added a beetroot tea to the bottling bucket.
There's little to no beetroot flavour. The beer is very red, but best of all the head is pink!
