Yeah the thermo's are on their way from OZ. I've been making do with just the mash tun and a 35L brew pot for the mean time. A little awkward but not too bad. Should be plenty of space for a nice gravity fed setup in the new place. And a kegerator, and a lagering fridge and and and....
