Yeah - you can see it floating around in the flask like semen! This one's been going for about 36 hours, and is nearly done.

Choice. Semen and beer - a perfect night.

You know you have a good flocc'ing yeast when it floccs while spinning, that's crazy shit. I've had that with the WL kolsch strain too. I heart 1968, it's my new favourite UK strain.

Yeah Studio - I'll bring a sample of it up for you mate. This stuff is first gen - so you should get a bit of life out of it. Interestingly though, I was talking to Shane Morely about this strain - and he reckons that it is not a good strain for re-use. It's OK for fresh slurry, but if one intends to store the slurry in the fridge for a while, the viability drops a lot faster that other voracious strains. Basically, what I'm getting at is for you to plan a brew within a week of getting the yeast off me. Shouldn't be too hard aye?
