Mate, I am seriously intrigued (I used to be a CAD Draftsman). More info on what your building, the components, how it works!?

I found a chiller box on the web that a guy had built out of polystyrene and a few pieces of plywood. It had a couple of sections on the bottom that contained a fan and several blocks of ice. The fan draws air down from the top of the main compartment over the ice and back in the bottom of the main compartment and chills the area down.

I've built mine out of fibre board outer shell and polystyrene inner walls. There's an ice draw on the front for easy changing. It'll only go down to 7°C but I think that's due to not enough main chamber insulation as the outer shell is getting pretty cold.

First time I've used google sketch-up, but well worth getting the hang of.
