3.000 kg Maris Otter Malt (63.83%)

1.200 kg Flaked Barley (25.53%)

0.500 kg Roasted Barley (10.64%)

 

Hop Bill

10.0 g Challenger Pellet (6.1% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L)

10.0 g East Kent Golding Pellet (4.4% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L)

10.0 g Fuggles Pellet (5% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L)
