YO,

I am currently installing my kegging system, in my garage. Now I have 2 taps, but only a single  valve regulator, this will get me running, but what do people use for a second keg, an double reg or just a manifold to allow multiple gas outlets?

Just trying to figure out the best way to go about it.

Force carbing does nothing other than allow you to drink the day after kegging. At the moment I don't brew as much as I want to have kegs lined up on tap, so I love it :)

I serve at around anything between 50 and 80 kPa, keg fridge doesn't have temperature control but it's running towards the warm end of it's range, probably around 6°.

Completely unscientific, I don't calculate volumes or anything with any precision. It just pours beer that isn't too cold or overcarbonated. That'll do me.

I do between 10 and 11 psi at 5-6 deg C. Gives me about 2.3 volumes. My taps are about 2-300mm above the keg and I've found that between 3-4m of beer line allows me to pull perfect pints 90% of the time without having to adjust pressure.
