Hey fellow brewers.

I need to buy to gas burners (without frames, as I will be mounting to my frame) that will boil say 30L+ of water in as least amount of time as possible.

I could eventually do bigger batches so future proofing would be ideal.

I've been reading up a bit and reckon something 80000 Btu or over would be best.

Does anyone have any advice?

Cheers

I am happy with my 23 tip Mongolian burner with a variable flow regulator, this is a good option for varying batch size.

I did have 8 of the tips plugged when using it on smaller batches but now running with 19 tips gets 60l to boil pretty promptly, there was an engineering firm in Auckland that I got the propper grommet screws to plug the unwanted jets, will try and find the details.

Got mine from allgrain

had a three ring prior to that, hard to get tuned correctly, problematic mounting on a frame, alot of sot on the pots due to the tuning issues

The Bayou Classic & King Kooker high pressure burners on amazon looked like a good buy.
