My Friend in Sydney got some of this Classic Vintage at 7.5%.Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale will improve with age, becoming more interesting and complex in flavour for up to 18 months. Where in NZ can i try/buy this?

Regional wines and spirits in Wellington, they do mail order
From what i see its a special ale, one worth trying!
I can do the Coopers at $89.28 per case 24, if you were to buy 3 or more
cases. Thats the deal from the horses mouth
I see if you get 60 or more bottles free frieght but is $210 :)
www.hamiltonwine.co.nz have 2007 and this year's vintage. I have a dozen from the last two years and can confirm it is aging nicely.
Awesome gets better with age, do you have it chilled? i dont see beer on there website?
Nah, they're not really set up for ecommerce, but you can send them an enquiry. They like to help, and despite me nagging them for years, they remain a bit luddite in the ways of online sales. They will take your order though.

Chilled? Blasphemy. I have it at about 12 degrees. Does that count as chilled? :) It's nice as it warms too. NEVER chill a beer. Cold numbs the tastebuds and prevents flavour reception. There's a reason the big boys keep telling people to drink beer cold, they realise how shitty it tastes as it warms up. ;)
I've tried a couple of vintages and found them ghastly. I might go pick up a dozen from regionals and put them in the cellar for a few years, just to see there is any magic in the bottle that is waiting to be unleashed.
Absolutely agree, i had one last year and tipped it down the sink....sickly sweet diacatyl mess springs to mind...
It's all the sugar they use ...
Coopers i was told by a mate over in Aussy is made with natural ingredients and its Honey not sugar?
Here you go....
