Categories for those "special" beers
Just reading the guidelines for entries for this years HNC and am wondering about two beers that I can't find a notch for ...
I made a low-alcohol "2-penny" beer which is 2%, sort of light piss ale. Don't know where the f that one can go.
The other is a rebrew of the CS-5 Imperial Bitter (ne Imperial ESB), which alcohol-wise is well over the 8C catagory limit.
So where do we put these runts of the bitter (<- did you see what I did there :o)

I suggest you look at 23. Specialty Beer.
"This is explicitly a catch-all category for any beer that does not fit into an existing style category. No beer is ever 'out of style' in this category, unless it fits elsewhere."
