Is there much difference between NZ grown Cascade hops and US grown Cascade hops?

Cheers chap.

Hmm, my exprience with hopping lots of cascade like that wasn't pleasant - or perhaps the lighter grain bill wasn't complimentary.

Now I'm not as enamoured with Sauvin as you Stu, not a savvy brewer you might say. I'd probably go Super Alpha or Willamette and maybe stretch out those additions from 30 minutes .. but who know's, there's plenty of consideration to be given before it's brewed !
Big difference.

NZ Cascade more green and spicy

US Cascade more floral and citrusy

NZ Cascade can perform like US Cascade with some warm temperature aging to break down the Myrcene
Quite different, my beers made with NZ Cascade still feel like they belong to the American family though, rather than new world. At least thats where I'll be entering them in the NHC...
