At last nights meeting we had Mal McLennan from Maimai Creek wines speaking on Viticulture etc. We enjoyed tasting a 2007 and 2009 Riesling he brought along and were most interested in the differences between the seasons and the aging.

February's Meeting saw about 20 members hear Leon form the Filter Room speak. He focused on problems and mistakes with Brewing and how to avoid many of these. Many tips were noted and lot of discussion followed. Leon brought some very nice samples to taste.

April is our AGM and presentation of awards for the Monthly Competition, plus social drinks and nibbles.
