Yeah, I just carb mine, perfectly happy with it, just don't over-carbonate - you can always let it sit for a while anyway!

I'm pretty sure the only way you'll get some nitrogen is with a cylinder (not the bulbs for your hand charger). But if you can, go for it. The commercial way is typically to use a blend, or, on a smaller scale, to apply the nitrogen first to dissolv…

Thought about joining an actual club to Share, Taste and learn? The Hawkes bay Amateur Winemakers and brewers Club has between 12 and 25 people at most monthly meetings with many active brewers and a monthly Competition with a couple of different beer classes each month.
