I'm keen on the following:

Southern Cross

Pacific Gem

Motueka

NZ Cascade

Nelson Sauvin (if not sold out)

Plus would probably go in for anything International like EK Goldings, Challenger, Target, Tettnanger, or anything US.

What varieties are available? is it just the NZ grown ones listed on NZhops.co.nz?:

or are international hops available?
