Hey Martin, - brewed the donkey this morn . Differences being ... added a couple of hundred grams of oat hulls to help with the sparge. Also misread recipe and only mashed for 60 mins so i guess numbers will vary . And went with nottinghams ale yeast rehydrated. So it went into fermenter at 1.048 and tastes great! Im not set up for kegging so could flick you a bottle when ready ??
