Cerevisia's Blog – April 2009 Archive (1)

Last Sunday I brewed what will hopefully be a wheat beer. However the airlock on the fermenter stopped bubbling around Wednesday. Weather has been pretty cold the last couple of days but I've used a heat pad and it never dropped below 18 degrees. I took a hydrometer reading (I'm not very good at reading them) and it seems to have a high gravity, as if it still needs a few more days to ferment, but it just doesn't seem to want to do that.
