I assume the kettle and HLT are gas-fired? Would you consider building something with electric elements?

I think hot water cylinder elements should be fine, although I guess it might need 2 of them for the kettle. What sort of price would I be looking at?

Hi Earl, I'm interested in some brewing equipment if you still do these? I tried your email but it bounced back. Hoping to get a pretty big system, if it could produce 100 liters of finished beer that would be great, but I'm open for smaller solutions as well.
