- Time to get real, it's almost 2 years since I put my house up for sale, took it off the market during the winter to try again in early 2010.
Here in West Australia we have some truly great brews, how unfortunate that I can't drink so many of them because of the BITTER AFTER TASTE.
As a graduate from ECU Microbrewing course I have been unable to get barely so much as an acknowledgement of a job application let alone an interview or a job.Some people have even flatly lied to my face, don't insult my intelligence. I've now given up on getting paid employment in the brewing industry here, I even know of a West Australian who got his break into the industry via a CH CH brewery.
I'm doing well in my current industry now & intend to start up my own pilot plant & do it my way.
If I can sell my house look out New Zealand here I come...
