I have wlp-005 (Ringwood), wlp-300 (weinstehan), wy-1469 (Timothy Taylor), and wy-3787 (Westmalle) I also have a few more packs of US-05, and way back in the back is another couple of older bottles of yeast... I cant even remember what they are! One of them is the Forbidden Fruit yeast (wyeast) and another is wyeast 3333...? I cant remember... I went through a phase of trying to find the best weizen yeast... There's like 4 different strains in the back!
Yeah - I boil the jars and lids for half an hour, then put the lids on with tongs (water in the jar) then do the wash with that water once it has cooled. Either from the left over Starter, or from my fermenter.
The longest I've been so far was with the wlp300 when I made the Roggenbier... it was coming up to 6 months. It took a while to get going, but it made pretty good beer in the end. I had some wlp001 that I reused after 6 months that made some pretty clean beer too. Reviled has one of my wlp001 that woud be around 6 months old too - and he just got that cranking the other day.
