What's the global malt like? Looks a little "generic" from what I've seen.

So far so good. Great extraction from the mash - more than Weyerman Bohemian Pilsner higher by nearly 10% than Gladfield by around 5%... good value for money. Has a nice flavor in the beers I've tasted it in. The most important thing in it is that it has nice fat consistent berries. The mill was as good as golden promise.
