One observation... if you transferring from mash tun to kettle for boiling you want to REDUCE any chance of adding oxygen to your wort. Best to use a hose next time.

This set up would be excellent for transferring from boil kettle to fermenter to increase oxygen for healthy yeast.

cheers. My mash tun was made throught prototypes 0.6 to 1.2 all in the same morning will take a touch more refining I believe
