Arggh!! Wasted about 4L...based this on Jamil's HOP HAMMER, but all NZ hops. Oh well, lesson learnt.

Works for me - just gently rock the fermenter every now and then and they'll all eventually get wet and sink down. Crash cool / fine at the end and they should all sink to the bottom.

Like Christian says rocking and chilling normally deals to mine with a minimum of wastage.
