I wouldn't bee too concerned with dust Alelover... so long as you're not getting stuck sparges, clear wort and reasonably efficient mash conversions. Looks good mate - care to wholesale me a few?

Yeah we had stuck sparges both times, although with the gap at 1.8mm it was better. Will increase next time and see how it goes. I will talk to my pal, he may decide to produce more if theres a market.
