Mate, your addiction is out of control - it's time for an intervention. I think that you alone are to blame for the global hop shortage.

It was a bit staged really. I had a quart bottle of IPA, and 25g of hops soaking together in a 2 Liter Pyrex Jug for the day. Then I scooped the hops into this glass, and topped it up with beer for the photo. After that, I emptied the contents back into the pyrex jug, then poured the beer off it back into the glass. Out of that 750ml, only 500ml made it into the glass. The hops soaked up the rest.

She was a pretty rugged drink to be honest. The beer had oxidised badly throughout the day, and the hop flavour was so extreme that it was actually difficult to register. It was like playing to music too loud for your speakers to handle, and you get that distortion.

My taste buds got distorted: (going for quote of the day again).
