Straight out of the fermenter at kegging time. Same wort as the photo "Belgian Pale - WLP500" but fermented with the Achouffe (aka Ardennes) strain. This beer is sweet, lightly fruity and has a good deal of spicy phenolics on the nose.

The beer that became Plan K (Red Rackham was a diversion on the way).
