Looking healthy! Dont know if it worrys you or not but the roots of your hops will go straight out the drain holes of the pots and fair lock into the soil trust me I had to sever the finger size roots on mine with a shovel to move the pot and that was after only 6 months sitting on the lawn!
I have some hops in my greenhouse too they do take over a bit but grow well!

Yeah I thought that might be the case. Hopefully the pots will at least slow them down. We are renting so I didn't want to put them directly in the ground.

I hope to be adding a mystery South Otago variety to the collection when I get a chance to go past the donor plant.

It would appear my hops died over winter :o(
