How Red is your Red?
I thought it would be cool to have a comparison of everyones Red Ales. This is mine after cold break (the wort here is 5 degrees) and is 18 SRM on the button.
I wish I could brew beer this colour all the time - it is really majestic to look at. Maybe I'll do an "Evil Twin"... Evil Dead Red clone...

Got mine in the keg today...finally. The last 750ml from the fermenter was force carbed with a carbo cap. Have to say that it was not the reddest and there was too much yeast in there for me to get a good idea of the flavour. hope it drops out nicely by next weekend!
This is the lovely red bittered with Simcoe that I tried in Melbourne
