Trying to find certain hops
Hops question! In the beer APA by Tuatara and Hop Zombie by Epic there is a certain zinginess to the bitterness in the hops and I'm not sure what the hell it is. It's almost as if there is so much bitterness that it brings forward a zingy almost tangy flavour without actually being way too bitter. Any ideas?

Hi Matt,
Not the best time to get addicted to US hops with a shortage looming! Tuatara APA uses US Cascade, US Simcoe and US Amarillo. Hop Zombie uses 2 US hops and 2 NZ hops (unspecified) but the US ones probably include those above or something similar. Are you going to the next SOBA meet? We could have a chat about sourcing some. Interesting! Yeah, I'll be there at the next meeting. I usually get hops from Bill Fennell who is able to get whatever I ask for haha. Would be great to discuss further though!
