priming Sugars, for dextrose and table Sugar, what quantity to use??

Hey guys unfortunately I can't find where I noted my first time using dextrose for my first bottling day. It turned out pretty good, I think I used 100g mixed with boiled water 2 cups. for 20 litres of beer. I think that is what I did.....is it normal to use this amount of water to mix with for bulk priming? what ratio should I be using say if I have 19Litres or 23Litres? I was about to try Brewer's friend but was confused by the volume of CO2 as I'm bottling not kegging and if this is to do with the amount of co2 in fermenter don't know how I would work that out....cheers if you can shed some light on these grey areas for me.

and what ratio of water and amount table sugar if using that as well as dextrose amounts. please?

I thought you had intended to prime directly to each bottle with the measuring spoon?

I also thought you did not rack your beer off to a secondary (but I maybe wrong)....so when did you add the priming sugars?

I use carb drops in the bottles... so I cant actually answer your question. am sure the answer is in "How to Brew" though.

Don't use a primary mate, and I was going to use a measuring spoon but bulk primed instead, which I think is easier and gives a more consistent carb to all, found a good link on using dextrose so will upload later.
