Peoples home malting setup

Ive recently played with the idea of malting my own grains (being gluten free its impossible to find someone who can do it for me) but being new to brewing this could be ambitious so I thought id start a thread on malting your own grains just to get of peoples home setups techniques and methods or if theres any do's and dont's anyone has found out from experence,
